It’s not just a hotel, but a whole experience with its big casino, comfy rooms, and lots of places to eat. In general, this place is all about giving you a taste of fancy Vegas life. In this blog, I’m going to share my personal experience, how I enjoyed every moment at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, and why this place is a must-visit.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is the tallest new hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. It is jointly owned by Fontainebleau Development and Koch Real Estate Investments. They’re known for creating elaborate and impressive settings. The hotel is located at 2777 S. Las Vegas Blvd, near the Las Vegas Convention Center, which hosts many business events. It’s also close to all of Vegas’s attractions, such as shows, fine dining, and shopping.

Guests at Fontainebleau Las Vegas will never be bored, as there is so much to do on the property that they may not want to leave. The resort has a theater where you can see some of the most well-known entertainers perform.

The resort also has a thrilling 150,000-square-foot casino with a wide range of table games, slots, and a luxurious sportsbook. Moreover, you can enjoy shopping there. A massive 2-level, 90,000-square-foot retail space houses 35 luxury brand-name stores in a shopping area that is an integral part of the hotel’s design.

DON’S PRIME is open from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. and invites guests to enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.

KOMODO: KOMODO is a culinary gem that expertly combines Southeast Asian flavors with Las Vegas’ distinctive flair. KOMODO, open from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. and until 12 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, provides a vibrant dining experience in an enchanting setting. 

With an ambiance that combines Asian elegance and Vegas excitement, the restaurant stands out as a must-see destination for foodies looking for a one-of-a-kind and flavorful experience in the heart of Las Vegas.

LA FONTAINE: LA FONTAINE is the epitome of sophistication and luxury, known for its Champagne brunch. From Thursday to Monday, 7 AM to 3 PM, guests can relax in an elegant dining room.

PAPI STEAK: PAPI STEAK offers a classic yet modern steakhouse experience. They’re open every evening from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays until 11:30 p.m. 

PAPI STEAK combines old-school Hollywood style with a modern twist. It’s a great place to go if you want to eat delicious steaks and creative dishes in a fun, lively atmosphere.

Overcoming A Construction Fire At Fontainebleau Las Vegas

Last year, Fontainebleau Las Vegas received a bit of a scare. While the hotel was still under construction, a fire broke out on the roof. Fortunately, it wasn’t too serious and occurred when no one was there. The fire department responded quickly, with many firefighters ensuring that everything was under control. 

Even though this was a significant mishap, the team at Fontainebleau Las Vegas did not let it deter them. They ensured that everything remained on schedule for the hotel’s grand opening in December 2023. This demonstrates how committed they are to making Fontainebleau Las Vegas a great place to visit, regardless of what happens.

Exciting Career Opportunities At Hotel

Fontainebleau Las Vegas prepared for its grand opening in December 2023 and hired actively. They intended to hire 6,500 new employees, beginning with a massive job fair aimed at filling positions in food, beverage, and nightlife services. 

This was an incredible opportunity for those who are passionate about hospitality to be a part of a historic opening on the Las Vegas Strip. There were numerous job opportunities, ranging from chefs and bartenders to customer service and management positions.
